ADR-045 — Agent Runtime V2 是唯一运行时

ADR-045 仍然有效的决定只有运行时权威：managed Hermes 是唯一生产 agent runtime；AgentFS 是唯一 session filesystem 权威；SessionDB 是唯一 Hermes transcript 权威；Hermes 返回的 ACP session/message identity 是 canonical， 不得用 Humanwork identifier 伪造；resident supervisor 持有 warm per-session machine，并隔离并发 conversation。

原文中的 prompt、MCP-only、approval、content gate、review 与 compatibility 过渡机制已从当前文档删除，因为它们不是目标架构，也不得被复制回代码。

当前 turn contract 以 ADR-046 为准：Humanwork 原样 传递 inbound message；Hermes 自己负责所有 agentic behavior；normal tool 优先，MCP 只补足缺失能力；不存在 Humanwork delivery/tool gate；禁止任何 synthetic prompt/transcript layer。
