ADR-041 — Video BYO-LLM unified runtime (superseded)

Status: Superseded by ADR-045 and corrected by ADR-046.

The useful decision remains: text and video use the same managed Hermes session architecture. The former distinction—mandatory Expert review for text with a special synchronous bypass for video—is retired. Every successful Hermes reply is delivered once on every channel without confidence, risk, review, approval, red-line, or clarification gates.

Humanwork does not build a video-specific prompt or synthetic fallback. It passes the actual inbound message/attachments through the channel adapter; Hermes owns the rest. Legacy implementation detail remains in Git history.
